The Committee on School Choice moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Com. Sub. for Senate Bill 601— A BILL to amend and reenact §18-2-25 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to providing that the West Virginia Secondary School Activities Commission promulgate legislative rules; and modifying eligibility requirements in interscholastic athletic events and other extracurricular activities of secondary schools for students receiving home instruction.
